This guy’s a little weirdo. Diagolon simp, distributor of hate propaganda, and possessor of CSAM (Child Sexual Abuse Material). Introducing: Justin Dufaure aka Hamilton Hardwick of Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.
In 2010, Justin Dufaure was caught with thousands of images (7,730 images, 3,830 of which were unique…to be exact) and videos of children that a child exploitation investigator ranked as “quite high” by level of abhorrence, but we’ll get to that. First we want to talk about Justin’s white nationalist activities. You may remember him from an earlier thread we made this year, where he has been putting up antisemitic thermal printouts all over Ottawa and publishing videos of himself doing so. After putting up the posters he brags about it to his dag friends, seemingly to win their praise. It’s kinda sad, actually.

Justin is not just simply a Diagolon fan boy though. Him and Alex Vriend (aka The Ferryman’s Toll) frequently engage online, especially on Twitter Spaces. Most recently the two of them have been hanging out IRL along with some other Diagolon buddies, including Alex Cabana of Veterans 4 Freedom(V4F). He was also seen hanging out on Wellington near Parliament Hill with the group known as the Wellington Street Regulars, who spend most of their time yelling Fuck Trudeau at empty buildings and screaming weird nonsense at passersby.

Using some old screenshots of a Diagolon chat, Justin wasn’t that hard to find. He was one of the earliest members of this chat and had a photo of himself with a recognizable face. Lucky for us, he had also made a post confirming that he is the owner of Hamilton’s previous Twitter account.

He had revealed a couple things about himself in this chat. His dog, some of his hobbies, and his old place of employment. This was enough to lead us to the LinkedIn page of Justin Dufaure, which contained a picture of someone who dresses and looks remarkably similar to Hardwick. So, we had an arborist with the same first name as Hardwick, a picture that looked remarkably similar, and a potential last name.

A quick Google search returned the shocking information about Justin Dufaure: In 2010 he was arrested after a search warrant was executed on his apartment when the Guns&Gangs unit was looking for an AK-47 that had been posted on his brother’s Facebook page. While searching the apartment, the cops found thousands of CSAM images on his devices. Infants, overt sexual acts, the most disgusting stuff one could have on a device. Unfortunately, a judge ruled that the cops had breached his Charter rights when searching his devices since it was out of scope of the warrant they had obtained. Justin was found not guilty after the evidence had to be tossed. You can read about the case here, but be warned it does get into graphic details of the content.

Now, we still needed to confirm if this is the same Justin Dufaure as we don’t want to make false claims about someone, especially for such a serious accusation. So, we read the legal decision for the CSAM case to get some details. It contains some real vile stuff, and it’s truly a miscarriage of justice that Justin was not convicted.
A few family members were mentioned in the case, all of whom we managed to find on Facebook. One of them had posted this older photo with a familiar face. Another family member posted a Thanksgiving photo, helpfully tagging an old account of Justin’s (that he changed the name of) as well as all the family members mentioned on CanLII.

Through said family members, we came across a Facebook account named Justin Joseph. An arborist with a dog that looks remarkably like the one Justin had posted about in the Diagolon chat. A lot of coincidences occurring when we look at the information from CanLII. We learned everything from it (like how someone tried to toss a bag of cocaine out of Justin’s window after the cops came through the door)

At this point, we were very confident that Hamilton, Justin from the Diagolon chat, and Justin Dufaure who had been caught with CSAM were all the same person. But just for good measure, Hammy himself gave us some more confirmation.

It’s not much of a secret at this point that the “podcast fan club” called Diagolon is in the process of publicly launching a new organization using their existing network full of white nationalists. Some “podcast fan club” members have even described this upcoming organization as the Canadian version of Patriot Front. But the vetting process for this group doesn’t seem to weed out child exploitation. Either they aren’t vetting properly, or CSAM doesn’t get you kicked out. Makes you wonder who else has made it into these circles.
